JULY 31. . . . WHO CARES about counting calories, carbs, fat grams, and sugars? When you’re eating real food, it simply does a body good! Here at Rabbit Food, we’re all about real food, and the people you’ll meet in here are too. Take Sandy M, who was so excited about the strawberry sorbet recipe that you see in the sidebar to the right, that she insisted I share it.
Take Patricia, who is so into raw food, that she demonstrates and shares recipes every couple of weeks at Epiphany. By the way, the next raw food demo is on Monday night, August 6, 6:30pm. The menu includes zucchini pesto and peach cobbler (all raw!) and you can email for additional info and directions: rawpattycakes@yahoo.com
Take Della, who was shopping in a large local grocery store and spotted a price difference in excess of $1 on Seeds of Change quinoa and rice meals that are also available in Rabbit Food. Guess whose was cheaper? (hint: not the large local grocery store!)
Take it from all of us–real, whole food is best!
